Elbros Awarded ISO 9001 Certification

An official certification audit was carried out by an independent, third-party, accredited certification body, where Elbros were awarded ISO 9001 certification for Elbros Construction Ltd., Elbros Concrete Ltd. and Elbros PPB Ltd. The following process was carried out prior to the audit:

  • Gap analysis to adapt present procedures to upgrade them to ISO requirements,
  • Documentation review and upgrade as well as creation of procedure to satisfy standards requirements
  • Training of employees for implementation of procedures
  • Internal Audit to ensure effective implementation.
